1. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure maximum flexibility and safety, BatteryTech provides multiple payment channels for storefront purchases, online orders, and doorstep deliveries:
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Dynamic or static UPI QR codes compatible with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Cred, and BHIM.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Fitment: Cash payment accepted directly by our certified technicians upon successful installation and alternator health testing.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro cards processed at our retail branch desks or via secure mobile POS terminals.
- Direct Bank NEFT/RTGS Transfer: Available for commercial bulk orders, B2B battery bank installations, and corporate procurement.
2. UPI & Online QR Code Workflow
When you choose Online Payment (UPI / QR Code) during checkout:
- An exact amount-encoded QR code is dynamically rendered on your checkout screen.
- Once the payment is completed on your UPI application, your order is submitted into our live order queue.
- Our store admin reviews the transaction receipt and dispatches the mobile technician immediately with your official GST invoice.
3. Scrap Battery Exchange Valuation
Scrap battery buyback credits are applied directly as an upfront discount on your order total. The credit is contingent on the physical handover of the old scrap battery to the technician at the time of delivery.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to provide a transparent, hassle-free cancellation and refund process:
- Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before our mobile technician is dispatched from the nearest branch without any penalty.
- Cancellation upon arrival: If an order is cancelled after technician arrival due to incorrect battery model selected by the customer, our team will gladly exchange it for the appropriate model on the spot.
- Refund Timelines: For prepaid UPI / card orders where cancellation is approved, refunds are credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Security & Compliance
All electronic transactions adhere strictly to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment guidelines and NPCI UPI protocols. BatteryTech does not store your credit card PINs, CVVs, or online banking passwords on our servers.
